Dear RACS Families,

 

I hope this letter finds you and your families in good health and high spirits. It is with great pleasure and excitement that I write to you as the new principal of Rochester Academy Charter Elementary School. After serving as assistant principal for the past 3 years, I look forward with great anticipation to leading this exceptional school community.

 

It is evident that RACS is a place where everyone is committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am committed to upholding these values and continuing the wonderful work that has been ongoing here.

 

One of my top priorities is to continue building strong relationships with all members of our school community. I firmly believe that open lines of communication and collaboration are essential for the success of our students. I encourage you to contact me with any questions, concerns, or ideas you have. My door is always open, and I am eager to listen and work together to create the best possible educational experience for your children.

 

Promoting a positive culture and nurturing a love for learning is at the core of my educational philosophy. I am dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where every student feels valued and supported. It is my aim to inspire a sense of curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in our students, empowering them to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens.

 

As we embark on this new academic year, I am confident that, with your continued support and partnership, we will achieve great things together. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you, whether it's at school events, parent-teacher conferences, or informal gatherings. Your involvement and engagement play a vital role in creating a thriving educational community.
