The Rochester Works! for Youth! and Summer of Opportunity Program (SOOP) Application is available online February 24, 2014 through March 21, 2014

Youth between the ages of 14-20 years old currently enrolled in middle and high school /GED that live within the City of Rochester or County of Monroe. Please note:This program is not for College students.
