Global Environment Field Trip

SUNY ESF Global Environment and Evolution of Human Culture students, visited the Hemlock Water Treatment Plant on Tuesday, April 19. They learned about the treatment processes used to test our drinking water everyday!

We would like to thank Steven Muscato and his coworkers for their helpfulness and kindness.

Our ‪#‎racschool‬ students were amazing! They were attentive, asking related questions while being exposed to Chemistry, Biology, and Engineering. Students learned that the treated water at Hemlock gets stored in Rush Reservoir, Cobbs Hill Reservoir and Highland Park reservoir.
