Dear RACS Families,

It is with great joy and a deep sense of commitment that I welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year as the Principal of Rochester Academy Charter Elementary School. This marks the beginning of my third year as your elementary school principal and my tenth year proudly serving the RACS community.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible dedication of our staff, the resilience of our students, and the unwavering support of our families. RACS continues to be a place where relationships are valued, learning is celebrated, and every child is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

As we begin this new school year, my focus remains on fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where all students feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe that a strong partnership between school and home is essential to student success, and I am committed to maintaining open and transparent communication with you every step of the way. Please know that my door is always open to your questions, concerns, and ideas.

Together, we will continue to strengthen our culture of excellence and equity, nurture curiosity, and support the development of thoughtful, engaged, and lifelong learners.
