How to Log on to Your Child's Schoology Account

This video will give you a brief overview of how to navigate to the Schoology website and login to your child's online courses.

hello parents and families my name is Marion Sullivan I am the K through 12 instructional technology specialist here at racks and today I am going to show you how to log on to your child the first thing that you want to do is head over to the school website rack r a c.com and at the top of the website you will see a list of tabs in the one that we will what song is the one that says racks links you're going to click on that Tab and select the schoology I got here and this will open up the sign in to schoology page where you find for your child email or username and password in all of these things you will be able to get directly from their teacher their email address was assigned to them and their username will be the last six numbers of their stewed ID so I will go ahead and type in my email address and with every email address you will then have the at symbol Rochester Dash academy.org so be careful not to put in., or. Net or. Edu it is. And be careful not to have any of is Extra Spaces in here like this because everything is spelled correctly you have your dashes in please Dawson place where they should be then you'll go ahead add the password if there are no capital letters in the password make sure you keep it all lowercase make sure that you have the numbers correct and also no additional the password will be all one condensed like word or phrase and then go ahead and like the blue login button and this will log you into your child account you can choose to see that is it gives you that option I will just click the X here and then recent activity I will show up at the beginning so different posts that may have been made by any of building leaders at the school or any of the administrative assistant your course dashboard will give you your list of courses also if you were there to click on this horses button here at the top also give you the list of courses or your child's class just another name for it so you can click on it to select it your child's class will come up with their assignments again this one has a different sort of luck to it for first grade so on the left hand side you see the activities and the link showing up a little bit it's a little flutters for those of you who have a child in dispatch might look a little bit different so that is how you login to your child courses in a gallon you have a child whose in a higher grade level and they just look a little bit different if you have any questions about getting your child log to school please feel free to reach out to your child's teacher or to me at Sullivan 1s Sullivan at Rochester Dash Academy
